They're totally trying to rip you off here. I went to turn my phone in because the lease expired. This is my second time renewing a phone lease, so I know what to expect. They wanted to charge me an "activation fee" of $120 plus the $30 upgrade fee. Last time I upgraded my device, there were no up front expenditures, so I decided to shop around elsewhere. Low and behold I go to the Sprint store in North Zanesville, and they didn't charge an "activation fee". The only thing I had to pay was the $30 upgrade fee. I can only assume this is a affiliate sprint store, so they have to add other fees in order to make ends meet. I must say the added fee's far outweigh the convenience of having a sprint store in South Zanesville. I'll pay the extra $8 in gas to go North side all day long.
The girl working was very nice and friendly. She was a sweet heart. Sprint is a difficult company to deal with. My phone was broke and they charged me $100.00 to replace it. They didn't have any new ones in stock, so they gave me an old phone. I've been trying for 2 years to get the money back. Especially since the used phone they gave me quit working less than 2 months later and I had to pay another $100.00 to get yet another phone!

I would give no stars if possible.2 years in a row they said we went over gigs on the same month December,go figure. 270$. So we went with unlimited guess what we went over again.And we never ever went over!!!!! R u serious we have unlimited you doche bags.Its just a way for them to make $.so we went to boost never a problem besides sucky service.
